It assembled in about 20 mins. I did need a helper to help me hold the solid top and bottom, while easily screwing on the legs with the enclosed Allen wrench/hex key. It delivered quickly. (Early October 2025 update) It's been 2 months since I first reached out to the manufacturer and they have yet to reply to me. Customer service is abyssimal. Dropping from 3 to 1 star just because of that. Do not buy from this company. (Original review, early August 2025) Great bench. Awful customer service. The tolerances on my bench are off which led to one of the carriage bolt being too short. I've sent the company 3 emails about that and nobody has replied since.
