Oral B replacement heads for their toothbrush are expensive. Yes, they last the full three months, even four months. But... When a product has been out forever, and the price is still high for replacement parts, you have to wonder why they would do this...and when the patent ran out, why didn't they lower the price to compete with the alternates? Well, this product competes and works well. Been using our first head for a month with zero issues. So we saved three times the cost, and still have two heads remaining yet to use. I decided to try these replacement brushes for my Oral B electric toothbrush. They are a fraction of the cost of the Oral B brushes. I would say that they are gentle on my gums as these bristles are not as stiff as the Oral B brushes but still get my teeth clean. They don't seem to hold up as long as the Oral B brushes so I replace them every month rather than every 3 months with the Oral B. That is to say, that the bottom brush seems to get loose over time. These heads are cheap and a great alternative to brand name replacement heads. They are effective and work just about as well as the brand name. The only con I’ve noticed is that they sometimes fit loosely on the toothbrush and shake a little bit. However, they still function properly and are a great value! Read more

Tired of paying the jacked up price for the oem replacements so decided to give these a try. Four heads for a fraction of the cost for three brand name heads. They are not a prefect copy, the overall size is maybe very slightly larger but not enough to really have an effect for me. The brushing action works the same and the stiffness seems the same and as the originals do, they become a little softer over time and when they get too soft, that is the trigger to switch for me. The color rings are fixed in place so no loose rings to contend with. The biggest difference that I have found is that they fit a bit looser to the brush handle. I rinse the head under running water then entire assy in one hand, I slap that hand against the other to shake of excess water. If done with to much force, the brush head will occasionally fly off. Great price. Have bought these a couple times now. The design has a flaw that every brush-head has had for me so far. The lower brush will come off during brushing. You can tell it is coming as it starts to get lose and may pinch a little. Haven't had this issue with the oem heads. Also, on some of them they dont fit to the brush body very snugly. I still buy them as the value is good, you just have to be a little careful with these. Read more
I've used these circula- plus-alternating electric brush heads for three years and wish I had found them sooner. (I've had a lot of dental work since I was young, and I'm 81 now and retain a full set of teeth.) I soak the brush head in hot water to soften the bristles at the beginning of my morning and evening hygiene sessions and use them gently on teeth and gums. (after a round of Listerine and flossing) Two minutes of the electric brush keeps most of the plaque off my teeth between quarterly dental cleanings. Daily hygiene takes 8-10 minutes, but it's worth the effort given my vulnerable teeth. No dentures! Read more
