E card didn't work

Horrible experience... my grandson needs $for food at Albertson...the e card did not go through. I called Amazon CSR the first one said the e card was good . Then was disconnected.. the second CRS person was good to help me. He said the e card was good but possible the Albertson location didn't allow this e card which that wasn't satisfied. My grandson walked 20mins to that location and has no other transportation. The CSR spoke to the Supervisor for a refund which will take 7 to10 days. Looking at the Amazon website I don't see a refund processed. SO I guess I'll be calling CSR once again. Read more
