Love the hood!!!! this robe is the best I have ever had!!!! so cozy, fuzzy, warm. I ordered XXL cause I didn't want a tight robe and figured big was better then small lol This is huge lol I could have got a L if that gives you an idea but.... I love it so keeping the bigger one. its like wearing a fleece blanket with a hood. I got the grey and is the perfect medium shade of grey and this is long hits my ankles. has two levels of loops for the belt which is nice if you needed it higher up than normal. definitely recommend!!!! This robe is so soft! It’s nice and warm, and the length is perfect (mid calf on me). I haven’t noticed any rips or tears like other reviewers mentioned. This robe is SOFT & COZY! The fit is on the bigger side, but who's looking for a tight fitting robe?! I'm 5'9" tall, 155 pounds and the robe is the perfect length, hits about mid calf. I have a longer torso, so I appreciate the two options for ties around the waist, which secure the robe at just the right height for me. My only complaint would be that the sleeves are somewhat tapered at the wrist and I prefer a wider sleeve opening, but this clearly isn't a deal breaker. Bought two of these for my parents for Christmas. I was a little worried about how the quality would be since my parents definitely are the type of people to dish out more money when it comes to better quality. My mom especially loves it. She wears it around the house as a cozy robe all the time. It’s extremely soft and does not look cheap at all. She looks extra cute in it haha. She’s about 5’5” 120 lbs and the S/M is perfect on her. It's always a crap shoot getting clothes online I haven't had before. IF I have had a certain brand and style, usually no prob. Things like ROBES vary even in same size and ESPECIALLY if they combine LARGE and XLARGE. AND people always know height and weight. WHAT about how our bodies are SHAPED? Are we bigger top or bottom? Will we be using over OTHER layers? MY EXPERIENCE AND WHY I GAVE A THREE: QUALITY - SEEMS well-sewn, I am washing it on cold, delicate and will dry on low this morning and will update if I see a problem. BUT BECAUSE it's so thin, I don't know how long will hold up. FIT - I'm 5'4", 148 to150. I got this to wear OVER a turtleneck, sweatshirt, HOODIE and sweatpants when I take my dog out at night. Midwest winters are COLD. For just inside my house, I may just wear over a turtleneck and sweatpants. OK, so with that said, I couldn't have gotten the SMALL/MEDIUM. I am bigger on top than the bottom (I get men's sweats and I get an XLARGE top, MEDIUM bottom and both are roomy). THIS FITS with some to spare. YES, I can wrap it around me so one side just goes past the opposite hip bone and that's with sweats on, but that means it doesn't gap open! AND I LIKE my robes a little big. EVEN if I were just wearing over pajamas, the SMALL/MEDIUM wouldn't have done it. I do the STRETCH MY ARMS FORWARD test. I can do that comfortably, but wouldn't have been able to do in a SM/MED. THICKNESS - OK, THIS IS THIN. If you're being generous, you can call it MEDIUM weight. I held up to the window and could see light through it, does that tell you? It's FINE for when it's SLIGHTLY chilly, in winter, I am LAYERING it to go out. SOFTNESS - YES ! IT IS EXTREMELY SOFT! Not at ALL thick, but SOFT. HOOD - WELL, it's good I can roll the hood back because if I couldn't, comes past my eyes :-). I look like those little creatures in hoods in Star Wars. When I take my dog out on cold windy nights, I am wearing sweats, topped with a hoodie, so when I add this with the hood and a scarf, I'm fine for the minutes I am outside. LITTLE EXTRAS - LOVE the double belt loops! Why don't more robe makers do that? We have different places where our waist hits, where we like to tie. NICE DEEP POCKETS TOO! This was about $35. Personally think too expensive for how thin. Even if well-sewn, when fabric is THIS thin, I am careful how I wash and dry it. BOTTOMLINE: I WOULD NOT GET AGAIN. There are less expensive robes that are thicker. BUT if you're looking for a THIN robe for slightly chilly days or evenings, this could suit you. Read more

Great robe! My goal was to size up and be able to snuggle up with my little ones in the robe and honestly I shouldn’t have sized up because all three kiddos plus me can fit! Super comfortable.
