This product works!!! I originally bought this product in Walgreens because they offered two for a sale price. I was taking a pill a day and...well, my face looks more youthful. I actually open the capsule and pour the powder in my morning smoothies OR if in a hurry I just take the capsule. Either way, it works!!! Today, I opened a capsule and mixed the powder with some olive oil and put the concoction around my eyes. While studying, I literally felt the sensation of my skin tightening. Very easy to take in the morning. I've been taking it for several months and have noticed an improvement. I had been going to salon for powder dips but when COVID started I stopped going to salon. The first few months my nails continually split and broke. They have finally stopped breaking and are growing nicely. I have even noticed an improvement in my hair. Definitely worth a try. Read more
I tried this first time over 10 months ago, and found a significant improvement in cartilage health in my joints. Although I do not have clinically observed cartilage erosion in my joints (i.e. osteoarthritis or other degenerative condition), my ankles and knees can get achy after jogging or running. Taking NSAIDs is not a good option for me because of various sensitivities. Since taking this supplement, these aches have virtually disappeared. Please note, I am not a doctor or pharmacist, and cannot recommend any supplement or over-the-counter medication or supplement.
