I have to say that when I first saw this set of knives, I was disappointed….. but I was wrong. They reminded me of a set I’d had many years ago….and those were NOT good knives. These are great! They are sharp, easy to use, and very versatile. I’ve used them to cut meat, open boxes, spread peanut butter, and slice a spinach wrap for a sandwich. I like these so much that I am going to but another set for backup because I don’t ever want to be without these knives….! Actually, I bought a fancy knife, at the same time….and I have never used it. May give that one away as a Christmas gift. Read more
