I have waited to do review to see if I really noticed a difference- I haven’t really but I never sleep good and hurt- have fibromyalgia so I don’t know if it’s helping and just other issues interfering. It’s comfortable, washed easy. Quality seems very nice. Maybe with all my issues I need the sheets also and need extra then most. I believe in grounding helping so I would give it a chance. I washed this pillowcase and once it was dry, I set it up with the grounding wire plugged in and attach the pillowcase. That part was easy to do as I just tossed the very ample grounding wire over the headboard unplugged it in behind the bed. I have had no trouble with getting tangled up in it, which is nice. I’ve been using this for several nights and haven’t noticed any difference. I can’t tell that it has affected my sleep quality at all. Maybe I just need more time with it. The reason I gave it three stars is because the fabric is just not soft. It’s not pleasant to sleep on this. I don’t look forward to using this pillow, and I find that I wake up in the night, reaching for a pillow with a softer case. Seems to defeat the purpose. I don’t think it’s the silver strands that are giving it the rough texture. I think it’s the actual cotton that they’ve used. I have cotton sheets that are so much softer! And I have felt cotton sheets that are rough. That’s what this feels like. I would give it many more stars if it were actually a softer fabric that made sleeping on it pleasant. Read more

I bought a grounding mattress pad sometime back and I did notice a difference from it with my leg circulation. But this pillowcase completes the package and gives me exposure to earthing via my head all night long. It was nicely packaged and came with a little tester pen to verify the conductivity. I did notice that the pen must actually touch one of the silver threads to actually test it, so be sure to test the right spot. First, even on an average pillow, (not even a king-size or super fluffy regular size), this pillowcase barely fit. Second, you can't use fabric softener when you wash it, and I'm not going to pretend that this is a soft fabric to begin with. It's actually kind of scratchy. That's important because this is supposed to make me sleep well, and feel awesome after I sleep, and this pillowcase achieved neither goal. It does have silver threads to conduct energy, and the cord is plenty long to reach from the place is snaps onto the case to the wall. I thought my arm would get caught in the cord as I'm a side sleeper who turns and tosses, but actually I didn't get caught up at all, not even once. I wanted this to work, and I gave it about two weeks to build up a cumulative benefit, but I couldn't tell a single - even tiny - difference. Read more

I've become a fan of grounding sheets and mats in general. I suffer from regular inflammation issues, and it always makes a difference for my swelling. I also generally sleep better with grounding sheets, so I was excited to try a pillow case as well. The case definitely works, but the material is stiff and rough. I generally sleep on silk pillowcases for my skin, so while it might help if you're experiencing other issues like headaches, it's not the best material for sensitive skin. The other downside is that since these have to be washed cold and hang dried to preserve the silver threads that ground throughout it, I feel like you can't get them as sterile as I would prefer especially for pillow cases which tend to absorb all kinds of things while we sleep. In the end, it works well, and I might use it when I have a migraine, but I don't think it will become an everyday use item for me. Read more
