My favorite roaster pan!
After going through 4 non-sticknpans in 5 years I had decided to purchase the stainless steel version earlier this year. I had invested in the cookware from All-Clad and was very happy to see they carry a roasting pan. I finally got to use it for the first time about a week ago. Just like the rest of the cookware the pan itself cleaned up really nice. I did wash it by hand, too. My husband ran the rack through the dishwasher but there were a couple specks of grease that didn't wash off during the cycle. A quick wipe down with a wet soapy cloth took it right off without any effort. (He had it in the top rack over top of some utensils, so they may have blocked the water sprayers a tad. That's on him though... not the pan. LoL) It's an extremely sturdy rack too. I made a 21 lb turkey and it didn't even sag or bend at all. I totally would recommend this product. Read more
