Rubbish! Scam!
Dear customers, If you are considering buying this shxt, I strongly advised to hit the back button and forget about it. With this price, you may buy 3-4 IKEA fry pan with far superior quality and each of your pan must last much longer than this shxt. I have owned this shxt for 4 months but I have not used it often. I have used it no more than 20 times. Every usage and caring instructions are followed carefully. The pan started to peel off and flake from the edge of the pan next to the handle. If the pan is overheated or improper use by scratching with hard utensils, the bottom of the pan must not be so smooth, isn't it? I swear to god i have never experienced this with other much cheaper pan. All clad fans: "All clad has limited life time warranty" Sorry, only for US sales. All oversea sales, are not covered by All clad. However, Amazon do sell this shxt worldwide, with free shipping. Hilarious, right? Oversea buyers, if you have bought this shxt recently, I strongly recommend you return and refund ASAP. Amazon will not protect your customer right or whatever you want to call it. I request a replacement but they have no more stock. Since my product is out of the refund window, they can just arrange a refund by "special arrangement". They will refund me with a restocking fee, which is 20% of my original payment. Okay, I accept it. Then they ask me to return the product to them by dropping off the product in a DHL drop off points. Do you know how paying for a punishment is like? This is it. Come on, Amazon, be nice to your customers. Last time when I return a faulty product within your refund window, you can arrange pick up from the delivery address. I am not your beloved customer once the refund window is past? Read more
