I am writing this review with extreme satisfaction about the All-Fit door edge protector guard. The reason I initially started looking into door edge guards is because my wife actually had someone open their car door in a parking lot, the wind took their door, and it hit my wife's car. When we went to the body shop, they had let us know that these door edge guards are not only to protect your own car from scratches and dings, but also to protect other people's cars from them as well. The follow up question would be 'Why would I care about their vehicle?' Well, the estimator on this case gave us a quote for a $2000 repair because it now needs to be painted, but she said that if they had door edge guards, they would have been able to do paintless dent repair (PDR) and it would have been much closer to only $300. With that being said, I could see the obvious need for the product on my car, especially with how cheap this product is. I also personally like the look of the product on the car, so that's an added bonus. As far as applying the item, I had to buy two units because I wanted to cover all four doors on my vehicle. Application was very easy, the toughest part about it was definitely sharper corners along the door. I highly recommend spending a lot of time on those areas as you need to press hard down on the outside of the door so that any potential bumps in the product end up on the inside. If you do it that way, the product will remain flush against your car visually, which is definitely the desired outcome. Other tips are to take your time, press down really hard as the adhesive is already in the product. I didn't cut to size before applying, I applied it about 98% of the way then cut off what I didn't need after that and it ended up really nice. All in all, I highly recommend this product. I had the trim professionally installed on my brand new car because I didn't want to risk messing it up. However, as I was driving home on the freeway, I noticed something dangling in my mirror. To my horror, I saw that the trim they had just installed was hanging and slumped over. I carefully maneuvered to the shoulder and got out of the car to investigate. I found that the trim had detached from several other doors, which was completely unexpected given the "easy to follow" installation that was promised by the company. When I tried to push it back in place, I realized that the adhesive had spread all over the door and my fingers, making it a messy and unpleasant experience. As I continued my drive home, the trim disconnected and slumped over an additional five times, causing frustration and inconvenience. Once I arrived home, I promptly removed the trim and made the decision to find a higher quality product from a different source. My experience serves as a warning to others – don't waste your time and money on this subpar product! Read more

I love this exterior pink vehicle door edge protector! I have a Magnetic Grey 2014 Nissan Sentra (medium grey color), so I wasn't sure if this was going to look tacky or if the color was going to be too much… But it looks great! I even got the interior gap filler to match lol I definitely got this to decorate my car and give it more of a fun custom look vs wanting to protect the edges, but that just makes it a 2 in 1 for me! It would be nice if there was different length options available because10ft is just not enough. I was only able to get the sides and bottom on my trunk and then had just enough to use on 1 door edge. I need to buy at least 2 (possibly 3) more rolls to finish the trunk, start the hood and then continue with the doors. Luckily this is super easy to apply and takes only a few minutes. First thing is to use the alcohol cleaning pads to clean where you're going to add the trim. Once dry, I put the trim on the edges, made sure to go back and press it all down again before cutting to size, then I grabbed my heat gun to warm up the adhesive strip at the bottom and pressed it down as I went. The reason for the heat gun was because I applied it at night in my garage and it was too cold per the instructions. This says the temperature should be at least 65° and to wait 24 hrs for it to bond properly. But overall, this was quick and easy to do plus it adds a little personality to the car as well. I'm glad the pink looks great and I can't wait for my next order to arrive so I can finish my car! The price is competitive when compared to similar options available and I personally prefer the look of this over some of the other options as well, but that's just my personal opinion of course.
