I honestly had low expectations for this before it arrived. Those expectations were totally unwarranted and not necessary at all as I found this all in one torch lighter to be more than acceptable. The fit, finish, and quality are all very high. Colours are uniform, finishes are smooth and even, and the presentation box it comes in is very befitting of a gift. The unit is compact and much heavier than I had expected. Note that this isn't a bad thing. It feels very solid and robust and like it would last a long time. I was expecting something lighter and flimsier feeling, but I was pleased to be shown otherwise. Like most butane jet lighters, this one doesn't already come filled. It's easily fillable with butane from a standard butane canister. Once filled, you flip the top and click a button and you get a dual flame that's pretty resistant to wind and satisfyingly powerful. It's not only a lighter, though. It has much more functionality, especially if you're a cigar smoker. Turn the lighter around and you get an easy to use pop out v-cutter for creating smooth cuts in cigar butts. I had no issue using it to cut the ends off a couple cigars during my initial testing. You can also use the lighter as cigar rest. Here's where the substantial weight of the lighter comes in. You stand the lighter up and the top of it has a smooth channel you can rest your cigar (and probably a cigarette, too) in. The size, shape, and weight of the lighter keep the cigar safely in the groove without toppling over. You can also easily monitor how much butane is in the chamber with a see through window in the lighter. And like most lighters, there are adjusters for the flames that work just as you'd expect. They move smoothly and adjust the flame gradually without many jumps or steps in length. It's a little on the pricier side, but not much more so than other alternatives in the market. Given the quality of construction and the feature set, I believe this is more than worth it. The only thing I don't care for is how this looks. I got the lighter in the brown and gold color which gives it a very elegant look. The all-in-one torch lighter is on the heavy side but works great and very durable. It fits nicely in the front pocket and is not uncomfortable to carry in the front pocket. The lighter has a dual flame and the flame is adjustable. The cigar tool has a button that you push, and it pops out. The cigar cutter cuts the cigars in a V so keep that in mind when considering the lighter if you are a cigar smoker and plan on using the tool to cut your cigars. When we first went to put butane in the lighter it would not light, but we adjusted the flame and it finally lighted. Very giftable item for any smoker in your life. Read more
