They hold my phones on my GoPro chest-mount harness and strap mount, can't complain.

I got these to use with my GoPro style mount chest harness and also a backpack strap mount adapter so that I can carry my 2 cell phones hands free when I'm hiking. I gave them 3 stars as they are functional and do hold my phones. They aren't slick and refined, they are just a spring-loaded end you have to pull away and put your phone in, release the end and the spring pulls it back and holds the phone pretty solidly, I don't think they will accidentally fall out (I've hiked locally with them and both are functioning fine). Yes, it would be nice to have some opening-feature that locks it open so I can put my phone in without a bit of a struggle, but that would definitely cost more. This two pack was cheap and they work, simple as that. But they are definitely on the 'functional but not refined' side of the scale. They do what I need at a good price, so I can't complain. Oh, and they also have the threads on the back to attach these to a tripod with the knurled-screw. Right now I'm not using that feature, but I just might, never say never! Read more
