For me this does not provide all day or all night relief. The taste is great and when I wake up at night with dry mouth it does instantly moisten my mouth a lot quicker than trying to drink water to moisten my mouth. I would still buy it again cuz it defiantly causes less dryness but not 100%. I am a mouth breather and some of the meds I’m on cause dry mouth so maybe that’s why it doesn’t work 100% but I definitely do like the flavor and how quick it works when you spray it in your mouth. We had a hard time getting them to spray. It took 20 minutes when finally we used a needle and got 3 to work. One remained stubborn but will change the sprayer when we need it. Read more

I have an autoimmune where I have near constant dry mouth. My MIL sent this to me as a gift. It's so great, I gave the 2nd bottle to my son, who also has dry mouth issues that I suspect are due to allergies (or maybe from having to take allergy meds). He found it helpful, too! So this review is for my first order of this on my own, and I was happy to get it. With the two bottles, I'll most likely put one on my work desk and the other in my purse. I'm having a really dry mouth due to a medication I have to take as a side effect. I didn't want to take more prescription medication for the dry mouth so I ordered this....and this helps a lot.
