I ordered a medium per Amazon’s suggestion, based on millions of reviews. I think not. I wish I had ordered a small and I would have most likely kept it. The material is a nice quality and has sparkle sequins moderately sewn on. The jacket is lined and has black velvet piping along the edge and at the end of the sleeves. I am 5’3” and 135 lbs. The medium fit on my shoulders but was boxy and the sleeves were about 2 inches too long. I do not have short arms. I was disappointed because it’s hard to find jackets of similar quality in department stores. It was waist length on me and would look nice with high waisted black pants. The pearl buttons on it make it too dressy for jeans but it would also pair well with a solid sheath dress. The weight is good for colder weather and texture was what I was looking for. I feel this blazer runs true to measured size and is not tight in the arms or back. It is fully lined. NOTE: It is not a tight weave fabric. As such, shedding and pilling does occur. I loved the fit of this blazer but the material is low quality. The fabric starting shedding heavily within the first hour of wearing. The white fabric sheddings were very noticeable on my dark dress pants. Very embarrassing as I had to leave my conference to change. I’m very disappointed as the price was reasonable but now I understand why unfortunately. Read more
