This coat runs true to size in my opinion. I can also wear a sweater underneath without feeling too tight. The lining is very nice. I’ve read some reviews that State they didn’t care for the way. The buttons were placed because they stopped at the bottom of the waist, but that’s what makes this coat look nice and dressy without being bulky. It is a little more squared shape, but the button placement feature, I think, helps that NOT to LOOK boxey! It is definitely warm enough for most day. We’ve had some cold ones. Probably not warm enough for the teens for a long period of time. I love this coat. Looks classy and dressy and that’s what I needed it for. Plan to buy in a different color as well. It’s a great dressy coat for event and even every day. It’s fairly soft (not stiff). I did not notice any weird smells like some others Ive ordered. I would definitely recommend this coat! I ordered this coat black, and returned it. It was an XL. I’m 5’9’ and the sleeves were too short. I always check the size information when purchasing clothes on Amazon. The coat however is nice but not a good fit if you’re tall. Read more
