The device is strong and sturdy. I needed a stand to hold up and support my huge Akai MPC X studio groove box which is . 19.9” x 15.3” x 8.4. This is a sturdy workhorse that keeps my PC from getting overheated. The adjustability at different angles gives me the best angle for working. If I want to take mt oc with me I simply lower the stand and pack it next to my PC. A Read more
This is terrific!
I researched laptop stands - perhaps obsessively - but was glad I put in the time. This is perfect for me. If you're accustomed to plastic or acrylic, it might seem too heavy, but I use this on a desk and weight isn't an issue. On the contrary, it's an asset, as it doesn't slide around like lighter substances. It doesn't wobble like many adjustable stands. The ventilation holes keep my laptop cooler than solid wood, no matter how attractive wood can be. One of my cousins uses the same one at home and swears by it; another has it in the office.
