Look, you need a zester in your life. You may not realize it, but it changes the game. My icebox pies are like a dream now. My lemon pound cake is way better. The zest really makes a huge difference, and I tried to deny it for years. This one works perfectly. It’s sharp as all, and it’s easy to use and hold. Nice small for a fresh garlic grater
Been using grater several times a week for months now and it is holding up. Specifically purchased for grating fresh garlic and it works great for that specific use. Works OK for grating hard cheeses, makes a nice delicate, fine grating of hard cheeses. I like the fact that it comes with a protective cover because just tossing it in a kitchen utensil drawer will destroy the metal tabs that make it grate properly.
