The USB ports work, but there is something that my iphone doesn't like when charging. It appears to be charging fine, but when using a sound app at night, it kept shutting off the sound that normally plays until I shut it off in the morning. Thought the phone or app was the problem. It happened two nights in a row. Third night I plugged a USB charger into an adapter (not a voltage converter), and all was well again. Went to Italy and used, used my curling iron used phone chargers but when tried to plug in low dual voltage dryer, did not work or when working would only blow slow and cool air. Multiple adapters to use in any country. love it Read more

**Update as of 10/6/25. The company reached out to express their regret that the item did not work for us during our vacation and offered a refund (beyond return window) so that in itself gives them a 5 star rating for their excellent customer service.** This item did not work for us. We started our vacation in Greece, and planned on going to Italy and Portugal and the dual voltage converter did not work/turn on at all on the first leg of the trip. I wanted to use it to plug in a curling iron. We tried moving it/plugging it in on different outlets and it would not turn on at all. As we bought it before our trip and our trip was close to 3 weeks, we already knew our return window for a refund was not possible. This item cost $40 and I don't know if we just got a bad item or if other customers had similar issues during their travels. I had taken my Epicka travel adapter with me to charge phones/headphones, etc., and my curling iron worked just fine when plugged into the Epicka. Read more
