These shoes are a good bargain so far, and are very comfortable. I like the mesh material on the top. The sound will probably go away after use. FOLLOW THE SIZING INSTRUCTIONS! I wear a size 11 1/2, the ordering instructions say buy the next size up when wanting 1/2 sizes. I ordered the next size up and received what was recommended. One of my first sneakers bought from Amazon, the fit is as expected I use 11 and I bought size 11, they seem to handle ok for day to day, I would not recommend this for more "off road" the sole is super soft and I can tell that can wear fast, but for moving around in the city, driving or at the office (if you can use sneakers) this are very nice, I would buy again from Alpine Swiss ! hope all the size are like this and they fit me well. From things I was hearing from other reviews I was a bit skeptical but took a chance - - and glad I did! I'm not the biggest fan of the soft toe, but these are just right. These shoes are super lightweight and extremely comfortable. I have a fused ankle and wondered if I would have any difficulty getting these on, but none whatsoever. Sneaker fits a bit tight around the ankle but thats no biggie. Other than that the sneakers fit great. I wear a 10 but have a bit of wiggle room which is awesome. Great for walking and very comfortable. Read more
