I wasn’t sure what to expect when I ordered this, but I’m so glad I did. I’ve been using this vibration plate for a couple of weeks now, and I can honestly feel the difference. Just 10 minutes really gets my muscles working, especially in my legs and core. It’s a great way to get some movement in on days I don’t have time for a full workout. I really like that it came with resistance bands because it gives me more workout options for my arms and upper body. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my vibration plate! It arrived super fast and was worth every penny! I have lymphodema and when using it, my legs itch bad...but that's how I know it's doing its job! It's circulating my blood flow and I'm obsessed with mine. The different levels are amazing! I also have Degenerative Disc Disease that has caused me to have bad nerve damage that has caused poor balance, drop foot on both feet, weak legs, etc. After using this just 5-10mins, i feel like i can goooo again and i need that boost of confidence. Its not too loud and it has some power to it! Id definitely recommend & plan to buy one with the standing handle when I get more $$ together now that I know they work. Atleast this one does! Vibration plate came with bands, resistance cords, a remote and even exercises to do once you get used to the machine. I suggest using it a few mins in the beginning and working your way up.
