Due to 2 kinds of cancer, I was forced to have an abdominal hysterectomy. I now have bladder leakage issues. Incontinence pads are ridiculously expensive, and pads are too bulky. I finally found the right product hat is not too thick, and not too expensive! I honestly did not think a thin pantyliner would work, but I am amazed that these hold the leakage and keep me feeling dry. I wear them 24 hours a day so they work all night too. They say extra coverage and I am glad they are indeed nice and wide even for me being a size 16. But I do wish they were also extra long, like 2 more inches at least. However, if I place them in the very front of my underwear, the back end doesn't hit me where it is uncomfortable (you know what I mean).
