When my 10 year old started her period I was concerned about finding her feminine products that would accommodate her small, petite frame and clothing. I didn’t want her feeling uncomfortable with wearing a bulky pad. These pads fit her child sized (10/12) panties just fine, without being too bulky. She says that she can’t really tell she’s wearing a pad! The wings offer great protection for leaks and the flex foam absorbs a lot without adding bulk. My only complaint is some of the Teen pads are scented. Not sure why this is still happening in 2024/2025 considering all gynecologists recommend using only unscented products as the scents have been linked to UTI’s, toxic shock syndrome, hormone disruption, fertility problems and cancers. I can’t find unscented Teen Step 2 pads and I don’t believe they make them unscented. Read more
