Game changer. I bought so many fluffy pillows in the past but I never got the best sleep. My neck was always stiff and achy when I woke up . Rheumatoid arthritis pillow
I get really stiff and sore when I sit, because I have rheumatoid arthritis. So I bought this pillow to protect my arms while I stand at the counter. This allows me to relax my back, and not get sore or tired through the day. I feel so much better when I stand rather than sit!!! I stand 4 hours, and sit for 20 min.
