I recently purchased this to replace the sagging beams and boards in the bed frame I purchased a couple of years back. It’s been game changing! Very solid platform that supports my king mattress well. The adjustable features are just soo nice when you’re watching tv in bed, and the zero g feature really helps with my lower back pain. I also like that the standard “ZZZ” is slightly angled up as it helps my heart burn/GERD with making it uncomfortable, especially as a side sleeper. It’s not particularly loud, and doesn’t even bother my dog when adjusting it. It also fit within the existing head/footboard once I removed the originally included mattress support beams I did noticed when testing the two sides are not perfectly in sync, but that seems resolved when I put the weight of the mattress on I also had to contact the seller about a minor issue and they got back to me within a day. For the price this is worth every penny! This bed has all the fancy features of the expensive adjustable bases! It has lights that automatically turn off on the bottom of the bed! Massage and can be connected to an app on your phone! The massage actually works! I was not expecting is to! The bed is quite heavy and requires 2 people to move it but once it’s moved all you half to do it’s screw on 6 legs and turn it over! No assembly required!!! Just got it so I can’t speak to reliability yet! I’ll post again after I’ve had it for a year or so! Very happy with the purchase! Read more

They don't tell you it weighs 190 pounds and you have to take the box into your bedroom position it open it, put on the legs aand attach the wiring and remove the wire for the bottom of the nattress and eposition it and flip it over and reposition it again. It's almost impossible to do it. They don't have a white glove service of any kind to help. Then when assembled and the heavy mattress positioned on top there are a few more problems. While there is a wire to stop the mattress from falling off the bottom, it shifts on the side and they should have something to prevent it moving off from the sides. Mattress is also very heavy so moving it back to place isn't easy and must be done often.Another negative is the elevation of the feet is weird.The knees go up but the feet are lower and I would want the feet higher. And the last neg s the nassager is very ild but the bed is otherwise good and works as advertised. The head goes high! Read more

I like a lot about this frame to be honest, but it's all ruined by the fact the legs for it are essentially just all plastic and will snap at any given opportunity. Do you want to have adult fun times on this? Too bad, any movement will snap a leg and the whole frame will tip to its side and send everyone unfortunate enough to be on here right off! Do you toss and turn in your sleep? Too bad! That snaped leg from before weakened all the other plastic legs on that side so any movement at all will get you another snapped leg! I can not understate this enough, as someone with severe back issues, do not buy this bed frame unless you have plans to completely replaces its garbage plastic legs. Read more

The customer service is greatly appreciated. There were some issues with the frame but the support team made right with the issues.
