I really felt these were spa quality loofah’s. They opened up really nicely (it almost doubled in size!) and created a lot of lather. The lather seemed to last a really long time. The loofah was buttery soft and helped exfoliate my skin and leave it smooth. I loved the variety of colors the loofahs came in, and it let my daughters have their own colors. These would make a great stocking stuffer or gift as they came in a nice box for gifting! These loofah’s were fun, soft, and effective at getting us clean and therefore, I gave them a 5 star rating. The good: price was right. Size is big. the bad: one was really scratchy. We hoped that the texture would loosen up but it remained scratchy for a week and we gave up. But that seems to be the only one of the bunch that had a scratchy texture--the others felt great, hence the 4 stars. They do fall apart within a few weeks--I guess that's the clue to change it out for a new one. Read more

I’ve been using the AzerBath Loofah Sponge daily for a couple of weeks now, and it’s honestly better than the typical loofahs I’ve picked up at the store. The sponge is full and well-made, not flimsy or loosely tied. It lathers soap really well, so I end up using less body wash than usual. The texture is firm enough to exfoliate and leave my skin feeling clean, but not so rough that it feels irritating or scratchy. What I noticed most is that it holds its shape after use.
