Not for daily use
This product works but not to be taken daily. I’ve been on this product for about a year. I’ve been having bloating and slight nausea since then. I never thought this was the cause. Bloating has also cause lower back discomfort…inflammation has increased as well. Causing joint pain all over. Research proved that too much anti inflammatory can cause joint pain. Since this is the only new supplement I’ve taken lately, I suspected this was the cause of the problem and I stopped taking this. By next day, no more bloating. Less nausea as well. Joint pain almost gone. Plantar fasciitis pain almost gone too. But now I’m having heartburn daily. Messed up my stomach, I guess… it is probably better to take this product only when needed.
