This unit is much smaller than my old one, but works just as well. It is easy to use and the instructions are printed on the cuff if you need them. The readings are very accurate as they matched with readings done at my Dr's office. The overall quality of the cuff and unit quality is very solid. This is an incredibly well designed and simple to use blood pressure monitor - and most importantly, accurate. As both a health care provider, as well as someone who needs to monitor their blood pressure, it is life saving. Easy to use for accurate results. Much better than our previous wrist cuff monitor. Provides blood pressure, heart rate, and whether or not heart beat is regular or in AFib. If I could give a tip of the star rating, I would. This monitor does not give accurate monitoring. I put it next to my bed. Upon awakening, I reached over, put the cuff on, and hit the "start" button. As I had just awakened, I thought the reading would be low since there had been no activity. A reading of over 160 on the top and a reading of over a 190 on the bottom convinced me that this item does not give accurate readings. I returned this monitor. I had purchased this monitor upon recommendation from my doctor. I did let him know that this machine is not accurate so that he does not recommend it to other patients. Read more
