Has Aloe & Vitamin E inside so they are super moisturizing and won't dry out your skin. These are very effective in sanitizing your hands. I keep bottles in our living room, kitchen, my bedroom and my oldest daughters room. I am still using these over a year later. I send a bottle in per kid to school (esp during flu season). We use them at home. The pumps have not failed me yet ans I refill the kitchen one from other bottles. The bottles have never leaked for me. Its nice handsanitizer. Pump bottles breathe perfect size for any room in the house. While It's a great sanitizer, it also has a secondary use: bug bites. I live near a river and mosquitos are a major problem. Instead of scratching the itch, I just use the sanitizer around the bite and the itch disappears quickly. I've even had it relieve hornet stings, but not immediately.
