I needed a flash drive with a lot of room for photos because I'm a hiker. I was constantly running out of room in my Google storage, not anymore! I use this flash drive, with an adapter, on my Google pixel 8 pro phone. It works fantastic, my phone detected it right away, I didn't have to do anything but plug it in because it was already ready. I'll be honest, I didn't really pay attention if there were instructions with it, it was ready to go when I took it out of the box so it was very easy to use. The size is perfect because it fits in the palm of my hand, the transfer speed uploading or downloading is fantastic. It allows you to unzip large files easily. I already have hundreds of photos from the last two and a half years of hiking stored on this flash drive and I still have plenty of room for several years more. It does not get hot while it's plugged into my phone, it goes from my Google phone to my HP Chromebook seamlessly. Overall, the read and write speed is relatively good (notably write speed is ~15-20mb/s on average for anything from photos to a folder for a full game), with little issue when it comes to transferring files. Overall, a pretty decent thumb drive for the cost. The only downside is that there is a notable amount of space less than advertised. I purchased the 128GB drive while it was on sale for $9.10 and the available storage space is 116GB (approx 12GB less than expected) despite being new from the box. It should be noted that this is before any files were put into the thumb drive. Otherwise, it's not a major problem and works as intended, but that deficit of storage is enough to knock off a star.
