I love my weights, fits great on my ankles while working around the house, also use them for squats, you really cant use them out walking, too baulky! Nice material and you can take out weights easily Read more
Effective and easy to use. It is quite bulky but it has the option to add more weight on so that balances out. Very easily fits around my ankles with lots of room left over, could easily be used as weights around the thighs as well. Once they’re strapped on, they aren’t coming off. Read more
These are holding up really well despite daily use. The adjustable weight pockets are clutch. Great value for price. Read more
The straps suck and they still slip despite how many there are. I found myself just keeping them resting on my shoes because I still want the extra weight. Read more
I bought a weighted vest to workout in, and these were easily added to it for a little (LOT) more challnge! Read more
I got two pairs of these, one for my ankles and one for my wrists to do wrestling movement drills. These fit my wrists perfectly, but they have about a 3” gap on my ankles. They work fine, I just have to put them on my foot and have the gap over my heel. A good option and well constructed, overall. Read more
It's so hard to find heavy weighs for ankles. When I found these I wasn't too impressed that they were basically little sand bags in a larger pouch. However, I see now that it's not that bad. I'm currently using them on the 8# level and it's nice to be able to remove weight to fit what exercise you're doing. I've read some reviews about leaking sand or something but haven't had that issue and I use mine a few times a week. Granted they are a little bit uncomfortable but it's weights on your ankles. Overall, this is great! Read more
