We've been using these as part of physical therapy for a few months now, and so far so good. the different sizes really cover all ranges of effort we try to target, from the lightest resistance for those just starting out like young children or elderly, to those who are just trying to build up more strength that traditional weight lifting techniques won't work for. The one thing I would like would be maybe a shorter variant for arm work, as the longer ones can be a bit too long for some arm resistance training like pulling them apart for those with shorter arms or lower ranges of motion. I'm supervised with the gigh quality. I've been looking for a while to replace my old bands. I bought a couple before at the same price with very poor quality. These are surprisingly good the price. I totally recomend them. I use the for chin-ups and pull-ups assistance and the resistance is consistent. Read more
