Straight to the point, I hope you like the format: overall, love it Pros: - sturdy and effective - very light. very easy to scoop up and transfer food - easy to clean and store Cons: - wish it had some sort of a cover - if you want something heavier or industrial, I wouldn't get this Transparently, I haven't used it to make bread so not sure how sharp the blade is.
