I simply love this item. It's very easy to use and the power level is excellent. I have not even needed to use the higher power yet, the lower power is plenty strong. I use it every day at least once; it performs a lot of different functions, from making my protein drink every morning (it chops through the frozen berries like they were nothing) to blending sauces for perfect smoothness. I even used it with the special bowl that comes with it to mix flour and butter for pie crust since my fingers aren't up to that any more. The size of this Immersion blender pis a little large. It works well and is comfortable enough to hold in the hand but it is a little on the tall/wide side. I wish I could give it zero Stars. This thing is a piece of garbage it has no power and the attachments will not stay on. I LOVE THIS! It took me a while to start using it...but now I can't stop. I've been making smoothies like a fiend, in addition to smoothing out some soups (the whole reason I purchased it). It has different power levels as well as a turbo button. It comes with very useful accessories...which I have already run through the dishwasher. Did great. So, I like the product. It functions very well, but apparently I did not read the listing carefully. It does everything that I bought it for, but it is really large. I thought it would be more compact and fit in a drawer with kitchen utensils. Way too big for that. So it sits on a shelf until I need it.
