I have all tile floors throughout my home, I don’t wear shoes inside and I steam clean once/week. After trying expensive steam cleaners throughout the years, and having them stop working after a few years, I decided to give this a try. It was simple to assemble and use. It produced a good amount of steam. I don’t like the floor pads that come with the unit- they allow the floors to get way too wet and with the blue color, you can’t see the dirt it’s removing. So I swapped them for floor pads I already have from another brand/unit and they worked so much better. Other than the floor pads, this steamer did a good job for the price! Read more
I love this mop. It is a great value for your money on Amazon. The water heats up quickly so you don't have to wait long to use it. It does leave your floors damp longer the other steam mops, but your floors so clean after they have dried. The quality is very good for your money. Read more
This is about 100% better than I ever imagined. It has every feature I want and none of the stuff I don't want. It has a SUPER long cord, it heats up quick and works exactly as it is supposed to. I steam cleaned everything from my stained concrete floors, THE ENTIRE COUCH, and low pile area rugs. Love this thing and SO MUCH cheaper that the competing brands. Read more

This is a perfect little machine! Affordable. Lightweight. Easy to assemble. Handles well, can get into tight corners. If you plan to use it a lot, or like me, you have pets that require deeper cleaning, go ahead and get some thicker and heavier cleaning pads. I love it! Works really well. Assembly is simple, but if you're bad at this or can't read instructions you'll probably have a hard time. Once together it runs really well. I know they say use distilled water because it will increase the life but I've never had a unit not break physically before the water scale became a problem. Definitely recommend this unit. Read more
