Great for Rebuilding
As an older guy (70's) needing to build some muscle after several back surgeries this was the perfect weight. I initially hesitated because "I used to lift MUCH heavier weights". I'm glad I didn't let my ego get the best of me. Just increase the sets and reps of curls and shoulder presses with no further injuries. I like the neoprene which gives a sturdier grip. Read more
