Review for "Amazon Basics Weighted Vest with Reflective Stripe, Non-Adjustable, 12 lb, Black" I'm trying to go from pretty much inactive to walking/ running most days. I saw this and figured it might be a good thing to wear during my exercise. Pros: -Looks just as advertised in my color and style -Seems pretty well constructed with good stitching and materials -All zippers and hardware function properly -Reflective strips present -Adjustable strap that clips in the front -Material is smooth and breathable -Doesn't feel excessively bulky to me -It is overall comfortable while wearing. It might bounce around slightly while I'm running, but not to the point of bothering me -I like that it includes a small, double pocket zippered pouch that attaches to the vest with a velcro strap. It's a tight fit, but my phone will slide inside which is convenient -The 12 lbs feels sufficient for me right now and isn't too cumbersome. I think this is a nice weight for beginners -Easy to incorporate into exercises routine Cons: -Obviously, I knew the weight was non adjustable when I ordered, and I don't have other vests to compare to; however, in the future I think an adjustable one probably makes more sense -Back mesh "pocket" is oddly placed and is too small to really be a pocket for much of anything. I don't mind the mesh being there, but didn't realize it was meant to be a pocket until I read the description online... I can't imagine what I would possibly store back there -At the time of writing, I couldn't find info about what size person this is supposed to fit. I'm about 153lbs, 5'7" and it fits fine, but I could see this being too tight on someone much larger Overall, I'm happy with this product and will continue to use it regularly. I will be sure to update my review if any issues arise. I think I would still choose an adjustable weighted vest in the future when I need another. I was able to take this out of the package and put it right on. It fits really well and is comfortable. It’s great for walking and working out with some extra weight. I think the weight distribution is good and I knew I wanted 12 pounds so I’m fine with it not being adjustable weight. I took off one star only because it digs in a little in my shoulders where the extra weight is added but it’s not something that makes it too uncomfortable. Read more
