This face razor works really well for quick touch-ups and removing peach fuzz. It’s gentle on my skin and leaves my face feeling smooth without irritation when used properly. The blades are sharp enough to get the job done without tugging, and the handle is easy to hold and control. I also like how compact it is, making it great for travel. On the downside, you have to be careful not to press too hard, as it can nick the skin. The blades also dull after several uses. Overall, it’s a convenient and affordable tool for at-home grooming! Are you ready to embark on a hairy adventure with the Amazon Basics Multipurpose Exfoliating Dermaplaning Tool? Well, brace yourself, because this review is going to take you on a wild ride! Now, onto the actual usage. I must admit, I was a bit skeptical at first. I mean, the thought of scraping a blade across my face didn't exactly fill me with confidence. But hey, I'm a risk-taker, so I decided to give it a go. As I held the razor in my trembling hand, I couldn't help but think, "Is this really a good idea?" But I shrugged off my doubts and got down to business. I began with my eyebrows, carefully maneuvering the blade. I must say, it felt like I was performing an intricate ballet on my face. Plie, razor, plie! But here's where things took a hilarious turn. As I moved on to the rest of my face, it became apparent that this little dermaplaning tool had a mind of its own. It seemed to have an insatiable appetite for hair, gobbling up every strand in its path. It was like a tiny, overzealous vacuum cleaner, leaving no follicle unscathed. I couldn't help but laugh hysterically at the absurdity of the situation. I mean, here I was, standing in front of the mirror, furiously swiping a colorful razor all over my face like a deranged painter. Picasso would have been proud! But let's talk about the results. Did it remove the hair? Absolutely. In the end, the Amazon Basics Multipurpose Exfoliating Dermaplaning Tool provided me with a few laughs, some colorful entertainment, and smooth skin. It may not have been the most effective or luxurious option out there, but hey, at least it didn't break the bank. So, if you're looking for a hair-removal experience that's equal parts absurd and effective, grab yourself a pack of these colorful razors and get ready for a wild ride. Just remember to approach it with a sense of humor and a healthy dose of skepticism. Happy shaving, my friends! Read more
I’ve heard great things about micro blading, and decide to start with these inexpensive tools. They did the job (Angel fuzz on your outer cheeks) and I was surprised by the hair! I could barely see mine (I am blonde) but it did help with makeup going on smoother, and an all around smoother look. Read more
I've been using dermaplaning tools for about five years, and I haven't had issues with getting nicked since I started... Well...these have nicked me a few times already and today I finally found the reason why. The very tip of the razor, unlike other tools I've used, is completely exposed (see photo.) Which results in cuts anytime the blade is placed flat or angled around curves. I've had little cuts around my original bone, eyebrows, jaw line, and chin. While these nicks are small, they're like a papercut on your face...annoying, get irritated easily, and are hard to cover up. Overall the feel of the handle and the sharpness of the blade are not bad, it's very lightweight which could be a bad or good thing depending on your preference. I've resorted to taping the tip of the blade, I'm going to try putting a little glob of hot glue on there next. But ultimately I'll be finding a different tool that's safer. Read more
