Amazon Basics Yoga Block Set of 2

I needed to raise up my Neumann KH80's and also reduce bass rumble on my desk where I compose orchestral music, and these blocks are PERFECT. My speakers are 6" wide by 8" long, and these blocks are 6x9! They raise the speakers up 4" off my desk. Honestly, it was like they were made for the speakers custom, lol. The foam is dense, the weight of the speaker doesn't even give in, yet the bass frequencies are absorbed perfectly. Monitor stands to do that same thing are over 200 bucks, this is such a great solution. As far as yoga, I have no idea what happens in yoga nor what you are even supposed to do with these blocks in that way, but for audio room treatment, they are stellar. I don't use these for yoga per se. Instead, I use them for some back exercises I do to help with a herniated disk. The blocks are fairly solid with just a very small amount of give. It's comfortable enough for me to use it to prop my head up as I lie on the floor on my back. I also use it to elevate my legs. Good, solid blocks at an attractive price. It seems silly to pay more for something so basic. The foam is dense and supportive without being too hard or too heavy. The edges are beveled, so the block is more comfortable to grab on to. I even like the purple color. Read more

These are good firm yoga blocks that work well for standard yoga poses like standing splits or triangle where I can't reach the floor with my hands. I purchased these as an aid for some of the yoga moves I still need assistance with. I wanted something affordable but still good quality. These delivered!
