I got this Marvel Echo as a Christmas gift for my son, and even though he hasn’t received it yet, I’m really impressed so far. This has been a great addition to my kids room. They're able to ask Echo questions, Echo responds and is set for child appropriate responses or says its unable to answer. Perfect for waking up alarm, bedtime soothing music, nightlight, 'drop in' feature is perfect for talking to your kid from another room, you are able to set bedtime routines and restrict access at a certain time, so many positives to list. I am in love with this!! My kids are obsessed with this as well! I got my 4 year old son this version of the Echo Dot and I got my 6 year old daughter the same thing with the Disney princess version. They are both beyond obsessed with them! I haven’t bought an echo device in a while so I was absolutely blown away with how far they have come in the last couple of years. The sound quality and speaker that is in these is beyond any expectations that I could have dreamed of! The speakers are incredible!! You can hear the songs so well and so clear throughout the house. It was an absolute breeze to set up through the Alexa app on my phone. In minutes we were set and good to go. We got their voices paired with each device so that they can navigate their own device easily. It’s quickly connected and stays connected without any issues. The pictures on the front of each is very colorful and quite well done. Alexa herself has become highly intuitive and very clever. I am so impressed with all the skills and abilities that she has. My kids are in love! They are playing their favorite songs through Spotify, playing games with Alexa, hearing stories told to them, they have personalized alarm settings greeting them wirh custom songs and gentle voice memos saying “ time to get up! Wake up, sleepy head” in the sweetest and most playful and fun way! They can ask for bedtime lullabies so that gentle and comforting music plays while they are falling asleep. I truly am blow away wit this thing! It comes with complimentary Alexa + and Amazon Kids + subscriptions for like 6 months - and both of these additional features bring a lot of new life to the traditional Alexa devices. I have been really impressed with them as I am learning what all is truly available at our simplest voice commands. I still am learning and have a lot to lean in order to really get the best results for each kids needs. But no complaints here. I think this was a great Christmas gift and such a great deal that I got it for. Wonderful value and super gift. You can’t go wrong with this for your little ones.
