This jacket is amazing! If you are at all considering a denim jacket, buy this one! The deep weft of the denim, the quality, the way the pockets kinda give it a chore coat look, I love it! I’m very discerning & downright pretentious about the quality of the clothes I wear. If this jacket cost $200, I’d still be impressed. I’m 5’9”, 155 lbs & I like a tailored, snug fit. I ordered a small & it fits perfectly. This is the “rinse” color & when I saw how nice it is, I immediately ordered the ecru color too. & am ordering these as gifts for friends. That this jacket is only $40 is crazy. I never write reviews even for things I really like but this jacket is next level. The two lighter blue colors look weird in the pics, not sure about those but the “rinse” color is like a raw denim look, nice bold stitching, great weight as like a middle weight jacket. Not a heavy over coat, more of a second layer for cool days. Would be formal enough for casual dates in restaurants, wear to work at the office, stuff like that. This denim jacket is honestly such a good staple piece to have. The denim feels really durable but still comfortable, so it’s not stiff like some jackets can be. It has that classic look that goes with literally everything—leggings, dresses, sweats, or jeans. I also love the fit. It’s oversized but still flattering, which makes it perfect for layering over hoodies or sweaters when it’s colder. I was skeptical but I took the risk for the price and I am impressed! The denim is midweight. The color. And stitching are nice. Minor amount of shrinking after wash. I wear large larges or smaller xl's. 5'11, 215lbs. I read the reviews about the short arms and got the xl, I'm glad I did. Even in the xl the sleeves are just right for me and the body isn't too baggy. I can put a hoodie under it comfortably. Read more

First off, the quality and workmanship of this denim jacket is superb, regardless of the price. And for the price Amazon is selling it, it's a steal. For reference, I own and wear Levi's denim jackets in sherpa lined, quilted, and no-lining versions (in Large size). I bought Large per the size chart, but my body specs are in the lower end of the Large bracket. So there's a lot of excess fabric everywhere, especially in the waist line as I only have 35" waist line but 42" chest and 5'11" tall. That excess fabric in the waist line ends up in front, when wearing a hoodie inside (see picture), or worse, it ends up at the back (and looks hideous) when wearing the jacket over plain shirt. I fit perfectly in Large size Amazon Essentials Hoodie and Large Amazon Essentials Cargo Sweatpants. (Yes I love Amazon Essentials.). I read somewhere that this denim jacket is meant to be worn over hoodie. Well, I think it's still too bulky as seen on the attached pictures while I wore an Amazon Essentials Hoodie underneath. I ordered Medium to see the difference. I will update my review upon seeing how medium fits. I might end up keeping Medium and Large of the vintage blue for flexibility as I won't be layering unless it's under 40'F. Edit: I am keeping the medium and returning the large. The excess waist line fabric is gone in the Medium size, while still having extra room in the shoulders. I can leave the buttons open if wearing hoodie inside which looks much better than the oversized Large which makes me look 20 lbs. heavier as seen on the pictures attached (wearing the Vintage Blue). It’s a nice jacket. I wouldn’t say it’s the best, but still good for its price. The two pockets in the front feels like they can hold only smaller items, so if you like to stuff items in them I highly recommend no one do that. The fit is great within the torso area, but the material is not very stretchy, so be careful on what you wear when layering for colder months, as areas like the arms can feel just a tad bit constricting. Material quality is good for the price point, as it does feel durable, and the color haas a nice dark blue dye, which I prefer myself when getting newer denim items. 3/5 stars because while it’s a good jacket for the price, you do get what you pay for. Large in the area, and long in the arm holes while feeling a bit constricting in those areas, with the overall torso feeling liberal with the fit. Read more
Medium size. The jacket is very affordable and the quality is great. My only downside is that the sleeves run a bit short. My sons aren’t very tall, yet the sleeves still fell a little short on them. The body fits fine—slightly boxy, but that works since my kids prefer a looser fit anyway. I bought two colors and love them both, and my kids do too. Read more
