Material is soft and a bit stretchy, the "straight" fit is not too baggy in the legs (just a tiny bit less material in the legs would be nice but oh well) and I appreciate the low rise. Mine just arrived. Fit is right, pockets are big enough, cargo pockets are the right size and where they should be, good back pockets, plenty of belt loops and they're where they ought to be.
