This is not suited for larger chested women. The suit would look so cute if you do not have a larger chest. I am typically a small/medium - 145lbs pre-pregnancy (this is my 2nd), and sitting at about 170 right now 31 weeks pregnant. I feel I have a normal sized torso. The medium fit the best, large being too big in the belly area (but could probably still technically wear it, just had extra fabric for sure). However, I have a fairly small rib cage for breast size (float around the 32G / 34F size), and while pregnant the breasts are even larger so this did not fit them. The material and design of this suit is super cute, I honestly can't wait to wear it! I did order a size larger than I normally wear (I'm usually a Medium, but I got a Large) for a couple reasons: 1. I have a very long torso and normally order "long torso" or tall one-piece swimsuits, so I wanted to make sure it would be long enough. And 2. I am still fairly early on in my pregnancy but I know I'll be much bigger in summer so I wanted to make sure I would have enough room to grow into it, so to speak. Well, it is definitely long enough and big enough and I think I probably could have easily stuck with my usual Medium, especially since the straps are adjustable, so for that reason I would say it is definitely true to size and I recommend sticking with your usual size. Aside from my own slight miscalculation, I still think the suit is adorable and will totally be wearable, especially later in the summer when my bump will be much larger. The adjustable straps are great, with plenty of length. The v-neck front is not too low cut (I was a little worried about that), but may be a consideration for more generously proportioned women. I must have missed the message that said this was a maternity suit. I thought the top would be very nursing friendly. However, the side ruching makes it looks very maternity.
