UPDATED DEC 2023 - Taking away one start because the seams on the bra have proved rather bothersome, they irritate my skin. I wear the bra inside out to avoid them. -INTRO I've been wearing the same (style) of adidas sports bra for 10 years and they changed their bra line recently, so I decided to try something new. This bra is probably the most comfortable compression bra I've worn. It provides good support with a lot of stretch. It's thick enough to wear with or without the boob pad inserts. Good price without sacrifice to quality. -PROS A problem I have with sports bras is I get irritation behind my armpit (where my latissimus dorsi and shoulder blades push the skin over that scoop there in the picture with my cat) and I haven't gotten that at all. I think between the stretch and it seeming to be suited for taller torsos, it works out nicely. -CONS My only issue with it is that it has a bunch of tags on the side that are really irritating. I had to seam rip them out. -SIZE I'm 5'5" (1.66m) and a muscular 155lbs (70kg) (not sure on bra size but between 32C and 34C) and I originally ordered a M, but had some gaping so exchanged for a S. I bought this bra first in medium, my usual size, but it was way to small around the bust line. I returned it and got it in large. I really wanted it to fit because I liked the color so much. The large fit around my bust line but was too loose under my arms which has never happened to me with any sports bra before. The material is not very giving/stretchy. Lastly, the foam inlays are large and flat and make my breasts look like two flat pancakes. Whoever designed this had no clue what women's breasts need. Read more

I've restarted my fitness journey and have been doing more high impact exercise. I really needed a bra to keep my breasts in place. These bras were 8 bucks and they work great. No they wont make your boobs look perky and plump. They will keep them held down so they dont bounce around. Just what I needed at an affordable price. I bought two. I did size up. I'm a 38C or XL.
