I am a new customer to Amazon fresh and this was my second order of groceries. I ordered this salmon. I liked that each piece is packed separately. I did eat two pieces. I use air fryer it cooked very quickly and tasted very nice. I used olive oil with oregano. I defrosted two more pieces a week later and cooked same way in air fryer with olive oil with oregano but I have to say these two pieces did not taste good to me. I read back of package and noticed fish is caught in China. It was a disappointment. I don't buy fish from China. I read something about water conditions in catching this fish. Originally I would have given these lower than 3 because when they are thawed they are mushy and mangled and look kind of gross. Then I cooked two in my air fryer from frozen and they came out very nice, crispy on the outside and in tact - still looking like fish and flaking apart. The taste is mild, they are skinless. You get 4 4oz servings, so on the smaller size. Not best quality but also economical and wild caught. Read more
