The quality is good and while normally I get 1 large piece, at times it's 2 smaller end pieces but it's always well trimmed and fresh. I ordered this for a very picky about salmon 9 year old grandson. Seems he likes baked salmon cooked with minimal spice (paprika) and no oil. He doesn't like organic faroe islands or sockeye. I usually order from amazon fresh the MOWI Fresh Atlantic salmon 12oz pack with 2 portions. Since they were sold out I gave the Amazon Grocery Atlantic salmon 12oz a try and he told me he loved it and it was the best salmon out of all of them he's eaten.
