I grabbed the Amazon Grocery Havarti mostly because I’m a total cheesaholic and can’t resist trying new ones, and this one really didn’t disappoint. It’s creamy, mild, and just has that smooth melt-in-your-mouth thing Havarti is supposed to have. I’ve been slicing it onto crackers, sandwiches, even melting it into eggs when I’m feeling extra, and it works with everything. The flavor is that perfect middle ground—rich but not overpowering—so I keep finding excuses to nibble on “just one more slice.” It’s become one of those fridge staples I reach for without thinking. The only small thing is the packet can be a bit of a pain to open sometimes, like it wants to fight me for the cheese. Not a huge deal, just mildly annoying when I’m hungry. This is a wonderfully thick cut yet creamy taste & texture cheese that goes great any way you want to use it: it’s great between 2 slices of bread or more slowly grilled face up on seasoned cracker or grainy bread, or with/ any warmed vegetable.
