I recently tried this shredded cheese, and I have to say it really impressed me. It’s the first shredded cheese I’ve found that isn’t overly powdery....no strange coating or chalky texture, just clean, fresh-tasting cheese. It melts beautifully, sprinkles easily, and adds great flavor without clumping. Honestly, it feels closer to grating it fresh yourself, but with the convenience of being pre-shredded. Definitely a step up from the usual bagged cheese! It's the perfect texture and wasn't "wet" feeling either like the ones at regular grocery stores, the only thing I hated was I can only get this cheese when I'm visiting the city and not home.
