Just plain rolled oats, but good quality for great price. I cook my steel cut oats, but for these rolled oats I always eat them uncooked as a cold cereal. For single serving of 1/2 cup oats, I add cup of berries with equal parts strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, then teaspoon of ceylon cinnamon powder, couple broken up walnuts, two tbsp. of ground flax seed, half a banana (or very small handful golden raisins), topped with a few ounces of unsweetened oat milk. I can't believe I'm in a group of almost 12k customers reviewing oats. Anyway, the product is what it is. Good quality, but the tube this is shipped in has the thinnest bottom. If you sneeze in another room the bottom will spill the oats. And then you clean it up and inhale the dust and have a sneezing fit, then mid sneeze you hit your head on the counter and pass out. But when you wake up there's oatmeal for breakfast. I guess when you get it delivered, put it in a bag due to spillage. Read more
