I got home found a very big box ! opened it carefully ! surprise bidet was completely broken... more than 20 small pieces !!! Read more
great, if it ships in one piece...with no extra holes
really nice, but first one showed up broken and replacement had a casting defect that our plumber found after installing (water came in below pop-up assembly through a hole that wasn't supposed to be there). it would be worth it if there was a guarantee that you wouldn't have these issues, but 2 trips to ups to return these items has made it not so worth it this time around.
