I am very happy to have purchased this frame to use for a 20x20 inch puzzle. It was a perfect fit and I did not have to glue the puzzle pieces together because this frame gives the perfect amount of space to hold it in place. The mat was not used. The hanging hardware is very nice quality as is the frame. The plexiglass makes the frame much lighter, and easier to hang up. No glass, so no dangerous shards if you are clumsy. I bought 8 frames in various sizes to do a stairway gallery wall. I love the oversized mats and sleek frames. I love how it turned out and definitely got the look of much more expensive frames. The only downside is I had a few with quality issues. 3/4 of the 12x16 frames had flawed mats, I could salvage 1 but 2 were unusable. I had to repack them, ship them back, and wait for new ones. I also noticed one seems to have a weird residue on the plexiglass as I was hanging it but didn’t want to start over. Given the price and final result I’d definitely purchase again and recommend. Build quality seems pretty good, used this for a 20x20 puzzle it was easy to load and fit perfectly. The plexiglass came with protective wrapping on both sides which I really appreciated as part of the packaging process (plexi scratches and scuffs easily). Frame was also wrapped in a film. Frame itself is plastic but it's gloss gold as advertised. Read more
I used this for a teacher gift. I had the class write around the mat and put a class picture in the middle. The teacher loved it and it turned out so cute. Great value. Material as expected. This is the only frame and mat I could find with these dimensions. Read more
